The Green Mountain Bicycle Club and Synergy Fitness in Williston would like to announce that a 3-year  partnership (beginning January 2010) that has been formed between the two organizations.  As a result the Synergy Fitness logo will appear on the GMBC jersey.

Synergy Fitness is a new health club conveniently located in Williston, and is housed in the old Rossignol factory on Industrial Ave.  This is a newly renovated "Green" business complex that is soon to be LEED certified.

In addition to its top of the line cardio and strength training equipment, it has a Virtual Indoor Cycling Studio that has an amazing sound quality, a 110 inch HD Blue Ray DVD system, is climate control and features Schwinn’s top of the line spin bike.  This bike utilizes a very smooth magnetic resistance system (as opposed to older technology of using pads that push on the flywheel) and has a computer that displays speed, distance, cadence, watts, stages and durations.

There is parking for 400 people, IR Saunas, upscale locker rooms, full shower/sweat towel services, and a full service Juice Bar!

Discounted memberships are available to all current GMBC members and GMBC spins will take place at Synergy Fitness from now on.
