Rouse's Point Rouser

Grand Isle Ferry Parking Lot
Address: Grand Isle, VT Dock, Grand Isle, VT 05458, USA

Please register for the ride here.

The mostly flat 60-mile (M) loop heads up from Grand Isle over the Rouse’s Point Bridge and down through scenic, low-traffic, lakeside roads in New York and returns via the Grand Isle Ferry. The short ride (50 miles – E/M) circles Isle LaMotte and returns on the Vermont side. The Social Ride will also be the long loop but at a slower pace. Please contact Donna if you plan to do the Social Ride. Bring money for the Ferry ride back to VT.

Please park in the ferry lot, not the fishing access lot. Let the attendant know that you will be taking the ferry in one direction.

Those coming from the Burlington area may consider carpooling. Weather permitting, all leaders may do the longer version of the ride.

Please note the earlier, 8:15 am, meeting time for all rides on this date.

Please register for this ride here. Because there are no assigned leaders for these end of season rides, it is possible that no one will have access to this registration information during the ride, so please be prepared.

At the beginning and end of the riding season we have leaderless rides from a set location.  These touring rides do not have assigned leaders and or a planned route. Due to often unpredictable weather during those months, distance and route is determined by whomever shows up. Only the start/meeting site is predetermined. There may be one or more groups and/or destinations.
