| 2 All day September 2, 2024 Come to volunteer and/or watch as racers speed around Burlington (course may change this year due to construction–stay tuned for more information). All the fast corners in Burlington come after 3 harrowing days in the mountains including a Sunday ride finishing at the top of Appalachian Gap! Monday is a full fun day of racing including several mens’, juniors’ and womens’ fields and including the Kid’s Crit around midday sponsored by the Richard Tom Foundation. Requests for volunteers will be posted on the GMBC list serve as race day approaches. Note that the Event URL may still have 2023 information listed, but check back as the summer progresses and plans solidify for the 2024 race.

Because there are no assigned leaders for these end of season rides, it is possible that no one will have access to this registration information during the ride, so please be prepared. At the beginning and end of the riding season we have leaderless rides from a set location. These touring rides do not have assigned leaders and or a planned route. Due to often unpredictable weather during those months, distance and route is determined by whomever shows up. Only the start/meeting site is predetermined. There may be one or more groups and/or destinations.
