These  are USA Cycling (USAC) sanctioned training events so USAC licenses are not required. (This is a change from prior years.) Junior racers are welcome and encouraged, but parents or guardians must approve the Juniors participation. If Junior racers are coming with a coach or friend, please bring a signed registration form with you.The official race flyer will be posted when it becomes available.
